American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She started her acting career by playing supporting roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). In the FX series Dirt the actress was Willa McPherson, a reporter. She also appeared in the supporting role on the show with a short run The Ex List. She played the role of a young Moira O'Hara in the first season of FX's American Horror Story, and played Kaylee in the third season. She played Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead as well as Sophie on NBC's This Is Us. She voices various characters on Family Guy, an animated comedy. She is currently the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is a character from Netflix's show Virgin River. Breckenridge was a resident of Darien, Connecticut, until 10 years old when she and her mom moved to California. There, they moved around for a year before settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to take an interest in acting, singing, and photography at the age of 13. When she was 15, she moved with her mother back to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.
